General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Status: April 2026

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all contracts between BAOK Media (Olaf Balko, c/o Impressumservice Dein-Impressum, Stettiner Straße 41, 35410 Hungen) and the customer regarding the purchase of digital products via our online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking "Buy Now", you place a binding order. Acceptance is confirmed by our order confirmation email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices in Euro. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Payment is due immediately.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are provided after successful payment:

  • E-Books: Instant download after receipt of payment
  • Activation Codes / PWA Access: Delivery by email after receipt of payment

Delivery usually takes place within a few minutes after receipt of payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content:

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the entrepreneur has begun the performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly consented to the entrepreneur beginning the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal by their consent at the start of the performance of the contract (in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB).

By purchasing and immediately accessing our digital products, you expressly agree to the waiver of the right of withdrawal.

6. Rights of Use

Upon purchase, you receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use. Further distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is not permitted.

7. Warranty

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the digital products. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Hungen, as far as legally permissible.
